Alaska Summit Enterprise, Inc. is contracted provide technical assistance to Trust sponsored groups and initiatives in the areas of financial management and organizational development.
More specifically our financial management services are focused on ensuring that applicants to the Trust receive thorough technical assistance and a rigorous vetting to demonstrate project sustainability and the wisest investment of limited funding while at the same time working to develop business capacity at the grassroots level for predominately rural based organizations.
ASE’s organizational development services to trust sponsored groups center on providing organizations at any level of development assistance through an integrated, holistic approach to organizational management that will help deliver continuously improving value to end users and improvement in overall organizational effectiveness. |
